We recognize that innovation isn’t limited by age. By providing a supportive and immersive environment, we empower teens to think creatively, challenge norms, and generate groundbreaking ideas.

Program Overview

Enseigne offers a transformative 10-month accelerator program running from November 2023 to September 2024. Throughout this immersive journey, students engage in weekly 3-hour sessions within a dynamic cohort.

Each cohort benefits from the dedicated guidance of a Program Director who facilitate coaching and support.

Beyond the weekly sessions, Enseigne students gain access to an array of enriching opportunities, including guest lectures, hands-on workshops, and global conferences. To foster a tight-knit community, we also organize social events and local gatherings, enabling students to forge meaningful connections with peers worldwide.

Key Components of the Program

Innovation Projects: Enseigne employs an innovative project-based learning model, "The Insight Process." It encourages students to explore diverse subjects and uncover their passions. Once identified, we guide them in bringing these concepts to life through tangible projects, all while connecting them with domain experts and mentors.

Real-World Challenges: Enseigne students tackle real-world issues through collaborations with global organizations. We instill problem-solving skills by employing frameworks such as DMAIC, Design Thinking, Lightning Decision Jam(LDJ) for remote teams etc. ultimately breaking down complex problems into their core components.

High Impact Revolutionary/Moonshot Thinking: Emulating the spirit of Alphabet’s Moonshot Factory, Enseigne encourages students to stretch their imaginations and transcend conventional boundaries. They embark on ambitious projects aimed at solving issues impacting millions of lives. This journey involves a deep dive into industry economics and the technical and scientific prerequisites.

Mentorship & Guidance: Enseigne emphasizes personal growth and accountability. Students set their objectives, increase productivity, and enjoy one-on-one coaching sessions with program directors. Group workshops cover topics like networking strategies on LinkedIn and creating personalized Eisenhower Matrices. Expert mentors support students in technical endeavors while offering personalized counsel.

Network and Fostering Connections: Building a strong sense of community is at the heart of Enseigne. We achieve this through a blend of virtual and in-person community events, collaborative team projects, alumni mentoring, and more.

Internships: Our program opens doors to valuable internships with leading tech companies and startups. Through these internships, students gain real-world experience and exposure to cutting-edge technologies. They work alongside industry professionals, applying the skills and knowledge they've acquired during the program to solve practical challenges. This hands-on experience is a crucial step in their journey to becoming future innovators and problem-solvers.

Eligibility

This program is open to students 13-19. For this cohort, students in their first and second year of university or college are eligible to apply. For this cohort, we have made exceptions for interested participants from Africa who are between the ages of 19-21 to apply.

You must be fluent in both reading and writing English and have access to a good internet connection.

No coding or computer science experience required to apply.

Tuition

We’re excited to offer this exclusive opportunity for young minds to join our program for free. There is no tuition fee for this cohort!

However To secure your spot and help us cover operational costs, there is a one-time registration fee of $40 USD. This fee ensures that we can provide you with an exceptional learning experience.

Program Format

This cohort will operate on a virtual model designed to cater to students worldwide, spanning multiple time zones. Participants will have the flexibility to select from two schedule options: weekend sessions held on Saturdays or weekday evenings following their school commitments.

Each weekly session has a maximum duration of 3 hours, ensuring an efficient and engaging learning experience. Weekend sessions also adhere to the 3-hour duration.
