ENSEIGNE / INFORMATION FOR FAMILIES

Your information, handled with care.

This notice describes the information used by this website and learning platform.

Enquiries

We collect the contact details and information you enter so Enseigne can respond and discuss enrolment or school partnerships. Do not include sensitive medical or identity documents in a general enquiry.

Learning records

Authorised workspaces hold learner placement, submitted work, feedback, attendance, messages and payment records. Access is limited by role and the learner or cohort relationship.

Sign-in

This hosted edition uses ChatGPT sign-in to identify account holders. Young learners can use a guardian-managed learning workspace; they do not need a child ChatGPT account.

Your choices

Contact +233 53 136 6589 or use the contact form to request access, correction, deletion or a change to communication and photography preferences. Existing enrolment obligations may affect which records can be removed.

Photographs and projects

Permission to publish a learner’s photograph or work is separate from enrolment. Tell Enseigne if you wish to change that permission.

Payments

This website does not collect card numbers or process payments. Fees are recorded only after Enseigne verifies payment through its agreed payment process.
