Young people deserve to feel respected, supported and heard. These principles guide the learning experience; families should request the full operating policy before enrolment.

Learners and adults should treat one another respectfully, make room for questions and report inappropriate behaviour. Programme-specific supervision and collection arrangements are shared with families.
Families receive the confirmed joining arrangements. Avoid sharing class links publicly. Staff and families should use agreed communication channels for learning-related contact.
Ask before sharing a child’s image or project. Publishing permission is separate from a learner’s place in the programme.
Discuss support needs privately with Enseigne so appropriate arrangements can be considered before the learner joins.
