Terms of enrolment
Updated 1 August 2026These are the terms families agree to when a child joins a cohort at Enseigne. They are written to be read, not to be hidden behind.
Places and payment
A place is held once fees, or the first instalment, are received. Classes are capped at twenty children. Instalment plans are two payments, the second due by week four of the cohort. We do not run trial classes, but you are welcome to visit the studio and see a class before you enrol.
Refunds and transfers
If you withdraw before week three of the cohort we refund the balance of the cohort fee less one week. After week three fees are not refundable, but the unused weeks can be transferred to a sibling or to the next cohort.
Attendance and catch-up
Lessons are recorded and downloadable, and a Friday catch-up slot is open to any student who missed a class. We do not credit missed classes, but we will always help a child catch up.
Kit and equipment
Robotics kits and studio machines stay on site and are covered by us. Deliberate damage is charged at replacement cost, which we will always discuss with you first.
Behaviour
We ask students to be kind, to let others speak, and to look after the room. Serious or repeated disruption can end a place, with fees for remaining weeks refunded.
